Bike Trail

Often called the “Cycling Capital of Florida,” Polk County’s bike routes lead through historic downtowns, fragrant orange groves, cool forests and cozy communities. The TECO Auburndale Trail is a 5.5 mile paved multi-use, flat trail and is accessible from Lake Myrtle Park. The TECO Auburndale Trail connects to the Van Fleet State Trail, which begins north of I-4.
